ROTATIONAL MOLDING

Rotational molding or Rotomolding is a thermoplastic molding process to form hollow plastic products that are extremely durable, long-lasting, and resistant to deterioration from chemicals or environmental stress. Rotational molding machines are made in a wide range of sizes. The process involves adding Resins into a mold that’s heated and rotated slowly, both vertically and horizontally. The spindles are mounted on a rotating axis, which provides a uniform coating of the plastic inside each mold. Our Rock and Roll type machine can handle molds with diameter of upto 10ft and a length of 15ft.

This process is often used for the manufacturing of tanks, medical products, toys, coolers, and much more, but we here at AGILE, use it for making very own high quality pollywalls.

Advantages of Rotomolding:

  • It is a low cost process as compared to other molding processes.
  • Ability to produce highly durable products.
  • Can produce hollow or multi-wall moldings.
  • High quality and smooth surface finishes with the option of adding logos or symbols.
  • Minimal risk of defects and low environmental impacts.

With our Rock and Roll type machine, we offer our customers a wide range of products that will cater to their every need. We can customize the product mold to fit your specific shape and size requirements.
